Coaching Payment Options

The Wellness Haven Co does not accept insurance, but offers several self pay payment options for coaching and is designed to be flexible and accessible, allowing clients to receive support at a was fee that aligns with their financial situation.

The standard rate is $115 per session. This is the base rate for clients who are financially stable and do not require a reduced fee.

Our sliding scale ensures that life coaching services remain affordable for clients across various income levels, while also supporting the sustainability of The Wellness Haven Co. 

Income-Based Sliding Scale:

1. Tier 1:

Annual Income: $75,000+

Fee: $115 per session (Standard Rate)

2. Tier 2:

Annual Income: $50,000 – $74,999

Fee: $95 per session

3. Tier 3:

Annual Income: $35,000 – $49,999

Fee: $75 per session

4. Tier 4:

Annual Income: $20,000 – $34,999

Fee: $60 per session

5. Tier 5:

Annual Income: Below $20,000

Fee: $45 per session

Payment Options:

• Pay Per Session: Clients can pay on a per-session basis, according to their tier.

• Package Discounts: Clients committing to a 5-session or 10-session package will receive a 10% discount across all tiers.

Note: Clients are asked to self-report their income range, and no proof of income is required. This is a trust-based system to ensure fairness and accessibility.

The Wellness Haven Co is using Partial.ly to offer payment plan options to their customers. Partial.ly provides businesses with a simple and powerful platform to sell products and services with payment plans or offer a payment plan option to businesses or individuals that owe money.

We are currently working to ensure a way for our clients to be able to utilize their HSA/FSA plans for reimbursement when utilizing our Life and Wellness services including coaching, assessments, and lessons.

Coaching is often covered under employers’ professional development benefits and/or under FSA/HSA accounts (wellness).  If you work for yourself, coaching is often tax-deductible.
